How much is the security deposit?
Security deposits are equal to one-month's rent.

Are the photos on the website "staged"?
No, photos on the website are actual suites/rooms/homes.

What are your requirements?
All homes are non-smoking properties. Pets are not permitted. All suites are single occupancy only, no exceptions.

Do you do nightly rentals?
No, suites cannot be rented for nightly visits. 

What is the instant booking policy?
ALL instant bookings are subject to management review as we typically have a high volume of inquiries from various sources (airbnb, cozy.co, vrbo, expedia, etc). Booking a suite will NOT charge your credit card, rather the funds will be authorized until your suite is verified as available. Who are the other house roommates?
Professionals are curated on a case by case basis. A large percentage of our residents work at ESPN, United Technologies, Connecticare, or are traveling medical professionals. 

Can you describe the kitchens?
All residents have 24/7 access to kitchens. All suites have individual refrigerators and microwaves inside the suites, but there are also large refrigerators in the kitchen's as well. Kitchens are stocked with utensils, pots, pans, and other essentials. 

What is your guest policy?
Guests are approved on a case by case basis with at least 48-hour notice provided by the resident.

How long can I live at your home?
There is no limit to the duration of your stay, however, we do have minimum stays (please see individual homes for more information) - the default minimum stay is 90 days. 
 
Will I have my own, private bathroom?
You can either choose a suite with a private or shared bathroom. 

How do I pay rent?
We accept credit/debit card, venmo, cash app, paypal, and direct deposit from a checking or savings account. 

How do I know the specifics of my particular suite?

Can I refer co-workers or friends to @ Live Smart?
Yes, all referrals receive $100.  

How do I schedule a move-in?
Move-ins must be scheduled at least 48-hours before arrival. 

How does parking work?

Each resident gets an assigned off-street parking spot?

Can you describe the security at your homes?
The exterior of each home is blanketed by a 24/7 security system. 

How long before my security is returned?

Security deposit reports + deposits are returned within 30 days of your move-out.  

How do I customize my suite?

Who will do the house cleaning?

We have a cleaning team that manages the weekly cleaning of the common areas of the homes.

Can I switch suites or home location during my stay?
Yes, there is a $195 fee for moving into another suite. 

It looks like all of your suites are booked for the times that I require housing, what should I do?
Put your name on the waitlist- suites open up frequently due to employment changes, once a suite opens up, we'll contact you immediately. 

Are there pricing discounts for longer-term stays?
The default pricing on the website is typically for 6-Month stays. For certain suites, stays longer than 6-Months may qualify for a discount. Some suites may have higher pricing for durations of less than 6-Months. Please check in with us for exact rates at: livesmartsuites@gmail.com.
